Like most gamers I have been staying in-tune with E3 news where so far it seems like Zelda: Breath of The Wild is my most anticipated game of everything so far. I was looking to reserve some games too as companies usually give you discounts to pre-order titles. However, this year the prices for certain games seemed ridiculous. I thought Pokemon Sun and Moon at $59.99 sounded a bit expensive as most 3DS games are priced at around $39.99 to $49.99 as a new release. But check out these prices.
As you can see Shin Megami Tensei Iv: Apocalypse for the 3DS is listed starting at $64.99 and Paper Mario: Colour Splash for the Wii-U is listed at $89.99. That’s some insanely high prices for video games. It makes me wonder if prices like these will video games too expensive for a lot of people. Then again I am aware that the company here, Amazon, can be simply marking up the prices super high due to the promotion they have. Almost like walking into a clothing store where it claim you are getting like 50% when all they did was bump up the original price.
For people who say they are willing to pay prices like these though I think you would want to reconsider that remark.
